My first venture into footwear led to the creation of the Emerald Flower Flats, ballet flats with a refined twist. I began by designing intricate cutouts in Adobe Illustrator, which were then laser-cut into leather. From there, I carefully constructed the flats, refining every step to achieve a polished, professional finish despite it being my debut in shoemaking. At the toe, my signature flower blooms in rich emerald, accented by hand-beaded centers. This design’s craftsmanship and originality earned it a place in the first-ever Accessories Fashion Show as well.
